One political analyst doesn't see a faction of the ANC breaking away. Lesiba Teffo says it's not easy for breakaway groups to get support. He believes, therefore, it would not be a good idea for former President, Jacob Zuma, to start his own party. Teffo says it's time for people in the country and continent to change the way they vote.
