Occurred on July 10, 2021 Virginia Beach, Virginia, USAbr br : "We have two blue heeler pups. The one that runs into the fence is Rambo and we just newly adopted him from a rescue. He’s 7 months old. He’s still adjusting to being a normal dog as he wasn’t given a great life up until he met us! His sisters name is Pepper (who jumps the fence after) and she is 2 years old.
