Occurred on July 16, 2021 Los Angeles, California, USAbr br : "A man and his hat-wearing dog cause quite a distraction on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles. My mounted camera caught the spectacle on my way to work and I had to upload it. Just goes to show how our pets are more than that, they're family. The best part of the experience was the dog leaning over for a big smooch from its owner after adjusting the hat.
