Helmet is a basic safety tool while driving a motorbike. Karachi traffic police has started a campaign to make sure that every one who is on a bike is wearing a helmet. Anyone who has not worn a helmet will have to pay a heavy fine to not obey the rules. UrduPoint anchor Zohaib Mansha has interviewed DSP Zakiya Malik about this campaign .
