The troubles of businessman Raj Kundra and his wife actor Shilpa Shetty, trapped in the pornographycase, are not taking the name of lessening. After the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police, now the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has taken action against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. SEBI has imposed a fine of Rs 3 lakh on Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty and their company Viaan Industries. SEBI has taken this action under the rules of Prevention of Insider Trading.

पोर्नोग्राफी केस (Porn Film Case) में फंसे व्यवसायी राज कुंद्रा (Raj Kundra) और उनकी पत्नी एक्टर शिल्पा शेट्टी (Actress Shilpa Shetty) की मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं. मुंबई पुलिस (Mumbai Police) की क्राइम ब्रांच के बाद अब राज कुंद्रा और शिल्पा शेट्टी पर सिक्यॉरिटीज एंड एक्सचेंज बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया यानी SEBI ने एक्शन लिया है. सेबी ने राज कुंद्रा, शिल्पा शेट्टी और उनकी कंपनी वियान इंडस्ट्रीज पर 3 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है. सेबी ने ये एक्शन प्रिवेंशन ऑफ इनसाइडर ट्रेडिंग के नियमों के तहत लिया है
