Lockdowns not effective in Africa

UJ economics professor, Nicholas Ngepah, says lockdowns are not proving to be effective in African countries. He says poverty makes it difficult for people to follow lockdown regulations. Ngepah says conditions force the poor to go out to provide for their families.
