Australians are being urged to get the COVID vaccine as soon as possible, with National Cabinet considering when lockdowns can become a thing of the past. State and Territory leaders are meeting with the Prime Minister this afternoon, to discuss how many people must be vaccinated before life can get back to a new kind of normal.
