Occurred on August 3, 2021 Kokomo, Indiana, USAbr br : "Tenant had not paid in months. Filed eviction in June. Went to go check the house. Saw the grass was over grown. Knocked on door. No answer. Checked meter electric was off. Called electric company. Tenant had scheduled it to be turned off. Per lease this is abandoned. And this is the outcome.
