More than 43 percent of Victorians over 15 have had their first vaccine dose, with just over a fifth of the population now fully vaccinated. But the rates in the west and north-west of Melbourne are lagging behind state-wide numbers. With an outbreak now in the area, community leaders are pleading with people to take action.
