Many Joburg residents are grappling with the tough economic conditions brought on by the COVD-19 pandemic and face having their municipal services discontinued. As a result, more than 10,000 residents have applied for the City of Joburg’s debt rehabilitation programme. Applications for this are open till the end of the year.
