Special Covid-19 Assistance payments to start Sept 6

Phase One of the Special Covid-19 Assistance (BKC) payments will be made in stages from Sept 6 for B40 recipients and Sept 9 for M40 recipients, says Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.
He said the allocation totalling RM3.1bil would benefit 4.4 million households comprising,1.1 million single senior citizens and 4.5 million single individuals.
He also welcomed the Prime Minister’s directive to produce report card on each ministry’s achievements in 100 days.
