A federal judge rules that Norwegian Cruise Line ($NCLH@US) can require passengers to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination before boarding any of its ships in Florida. This ruling goes against Florida governor Ron DeSantis’s law fining companies that require proof of vaccination. The federal judge said that DeSantis’s law infringes on Norwegian Cruise Line’s First Amendment rights granted in the constitution.
