India-Pakistan war victory flame arrived at Naval Dockyard in Mumbai on September 02. Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Vice Admiral R Hari Kumar received the ‘Vijay Mashaal’, commemorating 50 years of India's victory over Pakistan in 1971 war. He also laid wreath at the Gaurav Stambh monument in the Naval Dockyard premises.
