Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has called for patience from the public before interstate travel can be allowed.br br Khairy said the ministry has drawn up standard operating procedures (SOP) for interstate travel, but it cannot be implemented as there are many states that are still behind in their vaccination programme.
