You probably remember the Banksy painting that partially shredded itself after being sold at auction. Well - 'Girl With Balloon' - now renamed 'Love is in the Bin' - is going back under the hammer. The top bid in twenty-eighteen was one-point-one million pounds. Now it's expected to reach a lot more than that - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
