ANC’s deputy secretary general Jessie Duarte has rejected accusations that the party has captured the IEC. The party held a press briefing this morning on the back of the IEC's decision to re-open candidate registration for the upcoming Local Government Elections. Opposition parties are criticising and saying the commission is siding with the ruling party by reopening voter registration.
