Sarawak Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg on Wednesday (Sept 8) said the state has aimed to complete vaccinating 16 and 17-year-olds against Covid-19 before school reopens next month and those aged 12 to 15 by the fourth week of October.
