Langkawi open to all vaccinated tourists except those in EMCO zones

Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri announced on Thursday (Sept 9) that only those who have been fully vaccinated, including visitors from states under Phase One of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), will be allowed to visit Langkawi.
However, those who come from enhanced movement control order (EMCO) areas would not be entitled to the pioneer travel bubble project relaxation, which starts on Sept 16.
