Nagraj Manjule is an Indian Marathi filmmaker and screenwriter known for his Marathi film Sairat and his first short film, Pistulya, for which he received National Film Award in Non-Feature Film categorybr National Award-winning actress Rinku Rajguru's upcoming film Kagar will release this Thursday. Produced by Sudhir Kolte and Vikas Hande's Udharnarth Film Company, Kagar has been directed by Makrand Mane. He had previously directed two films - one was Ringan, which was about the relationship shared by a father and son, and the second was Yangrad, a story based on four school-going students. In Kagar, Makrand and Rinku will work together for the first time.
