Several districts of Uttar Pradesh witnesses heavy rainfall from Wednesday night, leading to waterlogging and disruptions of power supply. Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, and 30 other districts received intermittent spells of rainfall. The state's capital Lucknow is one of the worst affected.
