The internal congress tussle in Punjab is deepening and it could be big trouble for Chief Minister Captain Amarinder. On the demand of 40 MLAs of Sidhu Camp, a meeting of the party legislature party is going to be held in Chandigarh this evening. It is believed that Congress can make a big decision in this meeting. The AICC has received a representation from a large number of MLAs from the Congress party, requesting to immediately convene a meeting of the Congress Legislative Party of Punjab. Accordingly, a meeting of the CLP has been convened at 5 pm on 18th September at the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee office. All congress MLAs of Punjab are asked to attend this meeting.
