Anda chilly or egg chilly is an Indo-Chinese cuisine tossed in a mix of sauces and veggies. This can be served as a stand alone appetizer or can be coupled with any main course of your choice. Sounds yummy right?br br br Ingredientsbr Eggs -5br Dark soy saucebr Dried red chilly-2br Chopped garlic 2 tbspbr Slit green chillybr Onion cubesbr Yellow and green bell pepperbr Vinegarbr Green chilly saucebr Cornstarch mixbr Ketchupbr br Methodbr 1. Marinate the eggs with soy sauce and let it sit for a while.br 2. Add oil in a heated pan. Add the dried chilly and chopped garlic.br 3. Add slitted green chilly, onion cubes, bell pepper cubes and saute for a while.br 4. Add dark soy sauce, vinegar,green chilly sauce and give a mix.br 5. Add cornstarch mix with water and tomato ketchup and let it boil for a while.br 6. Serve it with your choice of main course.
