Mooncakes are a delicacy popular with the cultures of east and south-east Asia celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival. The mooncakes symbolise the autumn moon believed to be at its brightest and fullest in mid-September. Raymond Tan is a baker and owner of Raya bakery in Melbourne.
