Pitru Paksha 2021 has started on Monday 20 September with the full moon Shradh. This 16-day long Shradh Paksha will be celebrated on Wednesday, 6 October. At the same time, auspicious work will be prohibited for these 16 days.Chaturdashi Shradh - Tuesday, October 05 Premature death means any kind of accident, epidemic, murder, suicide or any other such death which is not natural. Shradh of these people is not done according to the date of death. Shradh of such people is performed only on Chaturdashi Tithi, irrespective of the date on which they died.
