The CISF received information, in the last week of September, that a mid-sea party was to be held on a cruise from Mumbai to Goa and drugs were to be used in this party. The CISF gave this information directly to the NCB. It was a two days tour of the cruise. The cheapest ticket for this tour package was 80 thousand rupees. NCB team came into action as soon it got the information.
