I wanted to go to Venice for a long time, but never really was in the mood to put up with such an over-touristy place. br So last summer during peak pandemic seemed like the time were I could finally go there.br br Of course it is still a very touristy place, but just much less crowded than normally. br However, to my surprise I really liked the city a lot.
