IBAC corruption watchdog investigating ALP branch stacking

The Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews yesterday lost his fourth minister over allegations of branch stacking after Aged Care Minister Luke Donnellan resigned from cabinet after being named at a corruption inquiry. IBAC is investigating the misuse of taxpayer funds and resources in the Victorian Labor party.
