Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar on Tuesday (Oct 12) said the Election Commission (EC) can only conduct a redelineation exercise for parliamentary seats in Peninsular Malaysia in five years.
