Police have seized an official state government car from former executive council member Norhizam Hassan Baktee.br br Norhizam - who previously gave himself the nickname "Hulk" - was one of three former state exco members who quit the Malacca government in an unsuccessful coup attempt.br br During a press conference today, Malacca police chief Abdul Majid Mohd Ali said they had received a police report that a "former exco member" had not returned the official car.
