br br Preparation cooking time: 20 minutesbr Servings: 1br br @ Ingredients:br br 2 Tbsp Olive Oilbr 1 cup Mushrooms, slicedbr 1 Garlic Clove, choppedbr 12 Onions, dicedbr 14 Red Pepper, slicedbr 14 Green Pepper, slicedbr 12 small Cauliflower, in floretsbr 1 tsp Coconut Aminosbr 1 Tbsp Green Onion, choppedbr Salt and pepperbr br @ Procedure:br br 1) Process the cauliflower florets into rice using a food processor.br 2) Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil.br 3) Add mushrooms and saute until brown.br 4) Add garlic and saute until fragrant.br 5) Add the onions and cook until translucent.br 6) Add peppers and cook until bright in color.br 7) Add the cauliflower rice and mix until thoroughly combined.br 8) Drizzle with coconut aminos.br 9) Top it with green onions.br 10) Lastly, season it with salt and pepper.
