The Chinese decision to block the UN Security Council initiative to declare Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a “global terrorist” for the fourth time has raised a series of important questions—especially, whether the current state of Sino-Pakistani relations is a major hindrance to realising a strong India-China partnership.
