Kerala’s Wayanad will go to polls on April 23. In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Wayanad recorded a polling percentage of 73.25 and Congress’ M.I. Shanavas defeated CPI’s Sathyan Mokeri. This year, Congress president Rahul Gandhi will contest from Wayanad, apart from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
