Occurred on October 29, 2021 Kingston, Massachusetts, USAbr br Info from Licensor: "A suspected shoplifter was throwing boxes of tools into his trunk when he was confronted by a man with a gun, who turned out to be an off-duty Lieutenant. There was a scuffle, the off-duty Lieutenant Pistol whipped the suspect and the ammunition magazine fell to the ground. The suspect escaped by backing up, while side swiping the car next to him and throwing the Lieutenant Out of the vehicle.
