The risk of Zika virus is increasing in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. On October 31, 6 more infected patients have been found in Chakeri area. Among them are four women. So far, the Zika virus has been confirmed in 10 people in the city. After receiving new patients, the Additional Chief Secretary called an emergency meeting and declared a high alert in Chakeri area.
