Former Victorian Labor minister Adem Somyurek has been accused of dodging questions and giving long-winded answers during testimony before the state's corruption commission. The IBAC hearings are probing the issue of branch stacking within the Labor party and the misuse of taxpayer-funded staff members to do factional work.
