Nitro World Circus at Caerphilly Castle

Nitro World Circus at Caerphilly Castle

One of the most difficult and dangerous tricks in FMX, only a handful of top-level riders can perform double backflips and they are rarely seen at competition level. Not ones to shy away from a challenge, Nitro World Games are pulling out all of the stops to attempt this never-seen-before display with the UK’s second largest castle at Caerphilly in Wales, forming the stunning backdrop. The Nitro World Games is the biggest action sports competition in the world with 100 athletes competing in a range of disciplines including BMX, FMX, Skate and Scooter. It’s arrival in Wales marks a major step for the games as they leave the US for the first time to take place at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff on 23rd & 24th May 2020, cementing Wales as the no.1 action sports destination in the UK. The skill level and difficulty of this attempt means that the riders taking part are amongst the most successful, top FMX athletes in the world. The riders confirmed to take part are Josh Sheehan, Jackson Strong and Luc Ackermann and all will be available for interview.
