Following up on his promise that he would drop a "hydrogen bomb" exposing Devendra Fadnavis's alleged underworld ties, Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik said that the former Chief Minister had links with Riyaz Bhati, an aide of don Dawood Ibrahim.
