Jefry Tupas, the former information officer of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, wasn’t a “key personality” in the anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).br br Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque made this clarification Thursday, Nov. 11 in a virtual press conference wherein he was asked to comment on the “preferential treatment” received by Tupas, who was allegedly left off the hook by authorities.
