More states are moving ahead of federal regulators, encouraging everyone over 18 to get a booster. It comes as cases trend in the wrong direction prompting concerns of a holiday surge. And late Tuesday afternoon a government official confirmed to ABC News that the FDA may issue new guidance on Pfizer and Moderna boosters for anyone 18 and older as soon as this week.
