An appeal's been launched to help trace a handful of taggers in Canterbury after a rise in graffiti in the city. br br The city council believes four offenders could be responsible for much of the tagging after a 30 rise in the past year.br br It comes as the council has launched a new online graffiti reporting system that allows people to give the exact location of the graffiti they see.
