Hospitals in Kent are losing millions of pounds because thousands of patients are failing to turn up to appointments. br br This year alone more than £6m was lost due to no-shows. br br Kent MPs are calling on hospitals to make the appointment system clearer. br br We were joined by Julian Spinks, KMTV health expert, to talk a bit more about the issue.
