The wife of a cyclist who died after he was discovered seriously injured in a country lane has finally received a formal apology from chief constable Alan Pughsley, apologising for his officers’ actions.br br The Canterbury College lecturer Richard Jordan died in 2011 after he was found with horrific head injuries on a country lane in Old Wives Lees, near where he lived.
