A summit between China and the Asean nations was held virtually without a representative from Myanmar, Malaysian Foreign Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah said on Monday.br br Myanmar had earlier sat out of the previous Asean summits after the Asean members failed to come to a consensus on allowing representation from the military-run State Administration Council.
