Cancer Council says self-screening for cervical cancer was available four years ago

Thousands of women are missing out on the chance to self-screen for cervical cancer with many not realising they have the option to do so. The Cancer Council in Victoria is hoping to change that with a new campaign being launched today but head of screening at Cancer Council Victoria Kate Broun says self-screening testing was introduced four years ago.
