Putrajaya will launch two surveys to obtain public feedback before it introduces the law to limit a prime minister's term to 10 years and to prevent elected representatives from defecting to another party, de facto law minister Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar told the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday.
