Amidst the threat of another cyclone hitting Odisha coast on Dec 4th, Bhubaneswar MeT Centre has said that the low pressure is active over the central area of Andaman Sea. IMD Bhubaneswar scientist, Umashankar Das said that the system is expected to turn into a depression by tomorrow.
