Umno's 191 divisions will deliberate on the Muafakat Nasional pact with PAS when the annual general meetings are held beginning Dec 18.br br Party secretary-general Ahmad Maslan said, for now, the party still has to fulfil the decision of the party's annual delegates assembly to uphold the pact.
