Ad hoc prosecutor Datuk V. Sithambaram said on Wednesday (Dec 8) that the Court of Appeal's decision in dismissing Datuk Seri Najib Razak's appeal exonerated trial judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali, who convicted the former prime minister in the SRC International case.
