The Supreme Court on Friday, December 16, ordered a stay on the inquiry into the Pegasus snooping case by the Justice Lokur Commission set up by the West Bengal government.The Supreme Court bench, led by CJI NV Ramana, said that it was not happy with the constitution of the commission when the top court had ordered an inquiry by an independent committee. The SC was hearing a petition by an NGO that had earlier challenged the inquiry commission set up by the West Bengal government. Watch video,br br Pegasus Spying Case में Mamata Baneree सरकार को Supreme Court से बड़ा झटका लगा है. दरसल West Bengal सरकार की ओर से गठित आयोग द्वारा पेगासस जासूसी के आरोपों की जांच पर Surpeme Court ने रोक लगा दी है. शुक्रवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान ये फैसला सुनाया. बता दें कि पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने पेगासस जासूसी को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व न्यायाधीश एमबी लोकुर की अध्यक्षता में 2 सदस्यीय आयोग का गठन किया था. जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस जांच कमेटी पर रोक लगा दी.
