Voting began in all 144 wards of Kolkata Municipal Corporation at 7 am today amid tight security arrangements and strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines. State Election Commission Secretary Nilanjan Shandilya said that all necessary steps have been taken to ensure free and fair elections.
